Shipping

Ashleigh Moore pieces are made to order in our Sydney workshop and take approximately 3-4 weeks to ship. 

Where a delay in the production of your piece may occur due to supply chain issues, our team will be in contact to update you on shipping timeframes.

We understand sometimes you may need your piece sooner then our production timeframe. Please get in touch with our studio if you have an earlier deadline and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

On occasion Ready to Ship items will be placed on our online store. These will be shipped after purchase within 3 business days.

All pieces are sent via Australia Post Express. This service requires a signature upon delivery.

Australian Orders

A flat rate of $15 AUD applies to all orders shipped within Australia. This service requires a signature on delivery.

International Orders

A flat rate of $99 AUD applies to all orders shipped internationally. This service requires a signature on delivery.

Tax and duties are not included and may be charged by your local customs authority on delivery.

All tracking information will be provided to the customer once your item has been sent.
